Services at a glance
First person on site to help with any loading and unloading and begin setting up the decor per directions given by the couple.
Manage and direct all vendors as they arrive and ensure they have the most up to date timeline and any pertinent information.
Ensure bridal party stays on timeline and is front line for any problem solving for issues that may arise day of.
Includes services listed in “Day Of” Coordination and to also include:
One month before the big day meeting: go over finer details, important people, and assign any outstanding tasks.
Ceremony and Rehearsal coordination:
1-hour rehearsal walk though of ceremony, go over any last minute changes or updates that need to be addressed and run through timeline, gathering/lining up of the wedding party, sending wedding party down the aisle, facilitating any DJ or Band queues, assisting with any other ceremony vendors (florist, rentals, etc)
Decor logistics assessment and assistance.
Includes services listed in both “Days Of” coordination in addition to event design and logistic consulting:
An open channel for streamlined communication, collaborative and personal planning documents I've created to help with the finer details, timeline creation tailored to your special day, planning tips and resources, floorplan creation, due date reminders, and a vendor guide and additional communication throughout the planning process.
